Having a way to collaboratively "moderate" a board would be great, especially for boards with many users, such as boards/anonymous

Make the hand the default tool

I hope this will nudge people towards watching what is already on the board
before starting to draw.

It may encourage people to be constructive.

This is a (very) small step towards #6
