[3DS] Investigate Microphone Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No, it's not related to a problem, but LÖVE has the ability to use a RecordingDevice for audio capture. This is not present in LÖVE Potion.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having support for using the 3DS mic would be awesome, I think. Users could use it for net play voice chat or many other things.

Additional context
It'll need investigation. Currently looked at the mic example, seems easy. Not sure if it definitely requires csnd or if we can keep ndsp.

Currently fixing a lot of things with input related stuff otherwise and tracking down a Switch rendering bug. May take a while.
