Plaacement on text on svg

Using 0.27.2 to convert svg to jpg.

Test is being put in wrong place:
<text text-anchor="left" dominant-baseline="hanging" font-weight="bold" x="2" y="4" fill="black">Some Text</text>
<text text-anchor="middle" dominant-baseline="central" x="791.85" y="1965.02" >Some Text</text>

Font is not recognised:
{font-family:Helvetica;font-size:43px;}
