skr Jp Word Handler

This extension provides "Sakura Editor(サクラエディタ)"-like cursor movement.
In fact, it incorporates the Sakura Editor-like behavior, plus the cursor movement behavior of cursorWordPartLeft and cursorWordPartRight in VSCode.

Known limitations

As with the "Japanese Word Handler" extension, there are some limitations.
The extension function cannot replace the following functions related to words.

• Word selection by double-click.
• Automatic highlighting of words on the cursor position.
• "Hit word" when searching text.
