GTP Use-Case #97

Hi Please how is the GTP configuration done? I am interested particularly how your GTP functionality is tied to how the 5G SMF will be configured, does the UPF need to be aware of the loxilb in terms of compatibility? |

@nik-netlox - I just tested the ulcl scenario but the GTP packet is still going directly to the UPF, below is the commands I used:
10.45.0.2 - This is UE IP address that was allocated by the SMF 192.168.1.125 - This is the gNB (am assuming that the 1: signifies the TEID?) 192.168.70.2 - This is the UPF address (am also assuming that the 1: signifies the TEID?) 172.17.0.2 - This is the IP of nginx docker container, it is running on the same VM with loxilb. when I initiate a curl to 88.88.88.88:2020, the whole GTP packet is been routed directly to the UPF.
Also note that I am using loxilb as the gateway for the gNB so all the traffic is passing through loxilb. Interface config of loxilb VM:
Attached is the console logs when I start loxilb, maybe that can throw more light. Another question, how can I redirect the logs of loxilb to a log file instead of stdout? I am not using docker. |
