Practically we use Maven3 (internal?) in IDEA & Eclipse.
Probably what should be done is migration for Jenkins/SonarQube and maybe TravisCI

Jenkins has migrated to Maven3 (it was needed because I used the up-to-date Maven plug-ins).
Sonar respected this.
TravisCI uses Maven3 by default.
IDEA/Eclipse - use Maven3 by default
