lsst data was being mis-assembled into obs_test images. The upper left and lower right amplifiers were swapped and some quadrants were mirrored. Fixed by changing assembleLsstChannels.py.
After fixing the raw data the amplifier definitions were incorrect for the top half of the image (the overscan regions were on the wrong side).
The data in the repository was mis-assembled.
Copied the values from the lsstSim raw data to the amp info table instead of using a rough average for gain and an incorrect value for read noise.
