- Update Python and JavaScript dependencies
- Fix FastAPI deprecation warnings
- Collect the change log for the 9.5.0 release
Update Python and JavaScript dependencies, and adjust the Firestore mock to set a new internal variable used by the Google libraries.
Rather than using startup and shutdown events, use the new FastAPI lifespan hook and async context manager. This avoids warnings while running the test suite.
