The argument could in principle report information from version.py, but as likely or not it will give a git commit ID rather than a recognizable version number.
ap_verify depends on pipe.tasks.IngestTask and pipe.tasks.CalibIngestTask.
Remove Doxygen-specific files as well as files only needed by previous Sphinx versions.
