This model is needed for ap_verify/test_driver.py to correctly run the mock pipeline. Note that the model is never actually run, it just needs to be provided as task input.
ap_verify_testdata is not a fully functional dataset, and cannot be run with ap_verify.py. It is, however, used by unit tests.
This update migrates the preloaded repo to dimensions-config 4, datasets 2.0.0, and attributes 1.0.1.

This PR adds a dummy real/bogus model, as well as a script for regenerating or replacing it in the future. This increases the download size from 808 MiB to 836 MiB.
ap_verify's unit tests with this dataset set up?
