Previously www.lsst.org might actually try to respond because some parts weren't completely mocked. Now use a fake domain so we can be sure that mocking is being applied.

#351 used a real domain for some tests which weren't completely mocked. This meant that things sort of worked until we had a network issue and then they didn't.
