Replace the current README text with a more minimal version

The current README has the same contents as the documentation site.
This was verified by looking at them side-by-side. This is not very
useful. The contents of the README have been replaced by a much more
minimal text that provides an overview of Felis and links to the
documentation site as a source of addition information.
