Please file a ticket to cover updating these files to be compliant, and add a comment here pointing to it.
Not doing the whole package here, but have enabled max-doc-length=79 in this commit, and added all the failing files to manually be ignored in setup.cfg so we should now be able to be monotonic improving at least.
