Needed to fix the collision with the undocumented CONDA_CHANNELS + avoid future problems.
As there might be useful error/debug output.

I tried to split out the miniconda installer update but it turns out that conda envs do not work under tcsh with 4.3.21, so it miniconda needs to be updated at the same time. |
