Add InstallGaussianPsfTask, a task to install a trivial Gaussian PSF model into an exposure.
Standardize StarSelectorRegistry names and documentation. Standardize arguments and documentation for selectStars method of SecondMomentStarSelector and ObjectSizeStarSelector.
Add usesMatches class variable to SizeMagnitudeStarSelector, ObjectSizeStarSelector and SecondMomentStarSelector. Describe usesMatches class variable in StarSelectorRegistry.
Detection debugging would show the image, but not the detections.
Reported detection level didn't include the 'includeThresholdMultiplier'.
