Remove spaces around = when specifying arguments
Hoise IngestIndexedReferenceTask and the config into the namespace lsst.meas.algorithms. Set __all__ in indexReferenceTask so only the public symbols are hoisted
Replace a triple-quoted config field doc string with concatenated single-quoted strings, in order to remove hard carriage returns
Added prefix "ingest" to module name, to clarify the contents
readCatalog was too general, so I broke it into two modules, one for each contained task, using the name of the task as the module name.
