The list was created using the script at
https://developer.lsst.io/_downloads/copyright.py
and modified slightly to omit individual email references, and
changing one to CNRS/IN2P3.

Looks very good. I appreciate the level of detail you have added in the comments.

Any alias maps added to the source and/or reference catalogs
prior to joining them into a unified "match" catalog may still
be required when using the match catalog.  This makes sure these
aliases get propagated to the output match catalog schema from
the denormalizeMatches function.
