  1. Fix keystroke-clobbered docs. 

    Not sure how or when the clobbering happened, but a mistake was
definitely made.

  2. Utilized vectorized APIs in Gen3 ingest and gen2to3. 

    This also switches to using daf.butler.FileDataset instead of tuples
in the RepoConverter APIs.
