  1. Use calibrateTask defaults for refcats 

    Calibrate now defaults to Gaia for astrometry and PS1 for photometry, so we
only need the filterMap loaded for PS1 photometry.

Cleanup/expand filterMap definitions: we want refcat versions for all these
filters.
