Prevents test collection from searching for files as the curated calibration code executes.
There are still isseus but the real problem is that in gen2 the ingestCuratedCalibs code calls normal ingest and normal ingest assumes raw data and so calls fix_header -- these headers are minimalist but do have an INSTRUME header and so trigger the header fixup code -- you get a confusing failure message but things continue.
