  2. Remove unnecessary overrides for compareWarpAssembleCoadd. 

    These overrides are for subtask usage of AssembleCoaddTask, which
gets these config options from CoaddBaseTask but doesn't use them
(they should have only been options for MakeWarpTask, but they're
being deprecated anyway).
