  1. Convert Gen2 calibration repositories to Gen3. 

    The Gen2->Gen3 conversion code ignored calibration repositories
entirely.  This fixes the issue, by having the daf_butler
gen2convert/walker.py script directly query calibration repos as they
are discovered.  Added translation mappings are included for HSC data.
