  1. use bboxFromMetadata instead of NAXIS1,NAXIS2 

    Use of NAXIS1,NAXIS2 is being too familiar with the output format.
lsst.afw.image.bboxFromMetadata allows us to abstract the format.
This is especially important once we activate compression.
