Background matching has been removed from the AssembleCoaddTask.
There's no reason to reject these pixels: they're near the edge, but that doesn't make them bad. Whether or not they're rejected, there will be an edge.
CLIPPED is now in the PixelFlags default configuration for forcedPhotCoadd.
