Use larger magnitude rejection sigma for astrometry
This test data is sensitive to astrometric magnitude outlier rejection; we have lower noise (and only 4 sources!) than real images, so Aperture vs. Psf flux show different scatter, thus the `zpSigma` in the magnitude rejection code is unrealistically small.
