These tasks provide an infrastructure for transformation of "raw" quantities (e.g. pixel positions), as produced by measurement plugins, to "calibrated" quantities (e.g. celestial coordinates). The transformations to be applied are measurement dependent and are defined together with the measurement algorithms.
