Using new makeCoaddApCorrMap function. python/lsst/pipe/tasks/coaddInputRecorder.py conflict: - removed outdated use of PARENT in two getBBox calls - removed outdated use of getSerial() - removed an unused import math that didn't appear in the HSC side - removed some lines that will be added in the next commit
Added disabled code to set PSF too, but this code causes a test failure. It will be re-enabled as part of HSC-802.

We probably always want to save the number of good pixels so that we can properly weight the average positions in the CoaddPsf.
