PhotoCalTask is still fitting a magnitude "zero point", so define the new PhotoCalib from that, instead of reworking how PhotoCalTask operates. Update a test to use assertFloatsAlmostEqual when checking floats: the values are still very near the limit of double precision, but the existing test was failing for some reason.
