Clarified the description of the background argument for CalibrateTask and CharacterizeImageTask and removed some unwanted repetition
CalibrateTask was calling displayAstrometry with argument astromMatches instead of matches.
Update code that used lsst.meas.algorithms.estimateBackground with SubtractBackgroundTask
