The descriptions in SSSource of heliocentricX, heliocentricVX, topocentricX, and topocentricVX were used to fill in missing descriptions for related fields.

Similar to DM-43011, which applies to the DP0.3 schemas, some measurements fields in the
apdbschema were missing descriptions. These were filled in based on related fields. The errors in the DP0.3 schemas are being handled on the other ticket branch.
