Send version 0.0 to theorists to see whether they can interface, and figure out how exotic models break it

I have several interacting dark energy - dark matter models (coupled quintessence) implemented in CLASS (and CAMB) and I would be happy to contribute.

Yes, we're planning to focus on Hi_CLASS, but anything goes!
