Main objectives:

  • add a make clean phase
  • use OLDAP_SOURCES and delete LDAP_INC and LDAP_LIBS variables
  • if possible, use make install and not a manual file copy

@coudot: please consider this for new ppm integration.
In particular, we may have to adapt OLDAP_SOURCES variable in the make command.
