Is there a way to refresh or force the node to check for new files?

Whenever I place new files in the same directory ComfyUI will reprocess the previous list of files it has retained in memory instead of the new list of files. I guess the problem is that nothing has changed as far as the node is concerned, since the parameter 'directory path' is the same. In my scenario I find several hours later the same job as previously has been repeated, it doesn't know I've changed the files in the directory and works on the previous list in memory. It gets me every time even though I'm aware of it.

I've managed to reveal how stupid I am! 'Load Always' is the option I missed.
