EML problems encountered in SEV002 document

These are errors that Inigo and I found when perusing the EML from one SEV 
study. 

Notes:  

For Anya:  Organization name does not save in config file

Add <altitude units> 

<userid> needs directory attribute

<calendarDate> needs to have timestamp deleted in content type.  Change to 
format Y-m-d

For SEV002, there is an empty <creator> tag in the EML.   It should contain 
Doug Moore.   Why is this?


<data manager> only shows role, and not name of person

<pubDate> also needs to have timestamp  removed in content type


<keywords> -- EML generator program needs to ignore <keywords> tag if there are 
no keywords

<geographicCoordinates>  -- EML generator program should ignore sites that do 
not have coordinates

<dataTable> -- needs <entity Name>  -- this is a module problem – This may be 
in the latest version of the module.

Tag is called <method>  instead of <methods>

<para> needs to be removed from Instrumentation

<datatime> should be <datetime>

<formatstring> should be <formatString>

<missingValuesCode><definition> should be <codeExplanation>

<code> and <codeDefinition> of enumerated variables are not displayed properly. 


When variable is not of the type code, phys measure, or date, program does not 
choose textDomain option.  

Even if the EML has custom units, there is no UnitList at the end of the EML 
document
