Tellervo's pom.xml refers to version 1.22.3 of TridasJLib, but maven.tridas.org has only 1.22.4, so the options are to provide a local copy to keep using 1.22.3, or bump the version number to the current release.

Head is actually using 1.22.5-SNAPSHOT at the moment. I'll dig out the old versions and deploy on maven.tridas.org for historic reasons, but you should be able to build the latest as is.

The pull request for this is now invalid, but the dependency it modified is still there, not up around line 368, but down in the JAXB plugin dependencies (still with 1.22.3 as the version number). I'll try knocking this out & making sure 1.22.5-SNAPSHOT is available to the build.
