Experimental LTSP Server Install on XCP ng via Xen Orchestra

We have recently set up XCP-ng on a Dell r710. We are using it for a number of appliances (NextCloud, Moodle), utilizing Turnkey Linux's excellent work. Per the suggestion on the wiki home page, I'm recording my notes here in case others can benefit. The target audience is therefore going to be people relatively close to my level of experience: at home on Linux as my desktop environment, comfortable with the command line, capable of some config file editing, but no deep diving there, and no coding experience.
