This finally adds hardware detection as a basic feature. (#190) I will be adding to this in the future but this is a reasonable start.

Select client to interact with:

@lu4p I just rebased but the update to 1.16 is NOT working for me. From what I can tell your last push to master is failing its builds because of actual issues. The golang shell server starts but Tor never starts.

I'm reverting for now until your master is stable on 1.16
