compatible with pass/gopass or similar?

Hello I found this super old plugin 5 years old for luakit to be able to use "pass" or compatible password managers, is there a recomended way/program/plugin to do this?

Hey @r3k2, I don't know about the plugins..sorry.

But have you looked at using something like dmenu/bemenu/rofi/kickoff/etc in combination with a shell script and autotype? Thats what I do and it works well cause use can use that setup in any browser/app and passwords are not copied to clipboard.

If you're talking about @serg-kozhemyakin's passmanager plugin, i've used it successfully, though not for a while.
I feel like it didn't always record passwords correctly, but i don't really trust my recollection.
I also thought that it, or something else in the plugins repository, was related to my seeing a crash on some pages,
but i never found time to play with that further, so i may be unfairly maligning it.

Are you asking because you found that it didn't work for you?

It's a bit more work, but you can use the formfiller plugin to execute pass and enter username/password automatically. It's not very clever and you'd need to manually add your most used pages. I used it for a while and it worked fine.

Meanwhile I'm using a dmenu script with shortcut alt+p, which I'm more than happy with.
