When launching luakit from an application launcher or desktop icon, it can be difficult to see console logging output, which is essential for debugging any script errors.

Qutebrowser has qute://log/, which is the same idea.

A status bar indicator for logged warnings and errors would also be great; would only be visible when an error/warning had been logged, and clicking it would open the log and hide the alert.
