set more \fontdimen’s

Latex appears to require some of the \fontdimen registers to be present. Currently, we patch the tfmdata objects to set dimension 8 (set_capheight() in https://github.com/lualatex/luaotfload/blob/master/luaotfload-auxiliary.lua). Future versions should set meaningful values for the others as well.

Following the discussion on the Luatex mailing list it would appear that only the slant per point factor was actually calculated wrongly, and more \fontdimens aren‘t necessary due to the Open Type math.
