Can I run 2 instances of the borderlands in 2 differents monitors?

I can't do this bruh.
When I start the two instances, the 2nd monitor have a bug in resolution, because it starts in 1366x768, but the 2nd monitor have 1920x1080.
Other bug that I have is the app. It doesn't recognize the mouse, only the keyboard. It cause problems in-game, I can't use the inventory and other things, because the mouse is a "ghost".

Srry about some typing problems, my English is so bad :c
