Just to keep track of them, I have no particular intention to add them to the timelines currently:

QUALIS by the Brazilian governmental agency CAPES (rating A1 > A2 > B1 > B2 > B3 > B4 > B5 > C — not listed)
The China Computer Federation (CCF) list (rating A > B > C)
h5-indexes from Google scholar: search example (numerical rankings, may need quantiles)

To be fair, the ratings in themselves don’t really matter, they are more a source to filter conferences.
