broader implications

instrument all solutions in ways that support teaching including visualization of state
this replaces the need for, say, using BlueJ to visualize data structures
evaluate in class and aim for edu paper (SIGCSE or better FIE Uppsala deadline TBD)

additional ideas

generalize to 3d: show textual surround view
use various data structures
