This implements the functionality requested in Issue #45.
Users can now specify that effmass finds segments of a particular type: conduction band or valence band, frontier band (highest energy VB or lowest energy CB), direction in reciprocal space.
The README has been updated, as has the tutorial Jupyter Notebook.
