Repo to upload scripts used in the manuscript "Using trials of caloric restriction and bariatric surgery to explore the effects of body mass index on the circulating proteome".
There are three directories, one for the By-Band-Sleeve bariatric surgery analysis (BBS), one for the caloric restriction analysis in the DiRECT trial and one directory with the script for generation of additional figures performed on summary results.
