The source is to build static lib lame for mp3 encoding.
The source is extracted from LAME project v3.99 (http://lame.sourceforge.net).
The example file shows how to use lame lib to convert pcm mono file to mp3 file.

##### build #####
make (means to generate lib and executable example)
make lib (means to generate static lib)


##### clean #####
make clean


##### exmaple #####
After building all, you can run exmaple file.
cd <project folder>
./example/testLame ./example/000.raw ./example/000.mp3


##### settings for specific platform #####
set CC, SYSROOT, LIB_TYPE in Makefile
For dynamic lib, set LIB_TYPE=solib, otherwise it will be static lib
