Contribution description
This PR is a contribution to the shell commands extension, This provides uniqueid command line to use uniqueid model presented in origin/m4a-firmare-PR#349. only exist two secondaries arguments,
staticandrandto present both modalities available in uniqueid. Also these parameters could be used to provide an random ipv6 or an statically ipv6 provided by the cpuid of a devicwTesting procedure
