The FIPU Internship Frontend is crafted to smoothen and illuminate the internship journey for administrators and students by utilizing the BPMN model-based development and various supportive services.

For admin

• interactive BPMN graph: visualization of each student's internship process
• messaging system
• view and manage events
• accept/decline new assignments and companies
• resend BPMN message events (currently e-mails)
• preview application forms and internship diaries

For students

• dynamic UI based on the current task in the BPMN process diagram
• complete internship journey: view available assignments, select preferences, communicate with professor, manage application form and diary

For companies

• Public interface: Submit new assignments and evaluate students' preferences through simple form
• accept/deny student allocation on assignment
