Friendurance is a fun web app on top of the Strava API. Strava athletes sign-up, create or join a team and then compete along detailed metrics team internally against their friends, but also externally against other teams.

Within a team, users are ranked across 4 dimensions and the disciplines "Run" and "Ride".
Users are ranked into percentiles across 4 dimensions against the total user base.
On a global map, users see where their teammates are doing sports.
Teams compete agains each other on a global public leaderboard.
Athletes receive special shoutouts for their performance based on monthly and yearly aggregate metrics.
Users can give feedback without any sign-up on a publicly available feedback board.
