Take a picture with the web-cam, dress up in Santa-style hat, beard etc.
Tested in Chrome v55 and Firefox 50.1. Unlikely to work elsewhere.
To run this on your computer you'll need to access it via local web server - modern browsers won't activate the camera from file:// URLs.
